Investors consume large amounts of investment content in a passive, unfiltered way. The result is information overload and greater uncertainty at the moment of decision. Aira needed a brand and product experience that reduces noise and builds confidence.
We framed Aira as “Someone to talk to” first. The brand voice and product behavior are grounded in three core values: Cozy, Remarkable, and Sympathetic. The goal is a calm, human‑centred advisor that listens, answers plainly, and guides the next step.




The UI applies the conversational identity to screens and flows, aligning visuals, tone, and interactions with the one‑to‑one advisor idea. The result is a consistent bridge between brand and product.




To give the AI a relatable face, Aira uses seven expressions that adapt to the user’s reactions. These expressions help the product respond with empathy and make complex topics feel approachable.



Subtle, tech‑forward details reference the AI nature of the product. The “i” character carries Aira’s expression, split between the dot and terminal to echo the conversational brand.


The Expression Balloons are the core shapes in the visual language. They represent the user’s conversation with Aira. Layouts build on these balloons to highlight questions and answers, reinforcing that progress starts with asking.







A cohesive identity and interface that communicate the full potential Aira offers to investors: a private, always‑available advisor that transforms confusion into clear next steps.
